SETRAG resumes activities

Train traffic resumed on October 6, after two days of disruption due to a derailment on October 4. According to a press release from the Sociétéexploitation du Transgabonais (Setrag), passenger train traffic will resume on October 7, 2020, in accordance with usual schedules.

Interrupted for two days, due to the derailment of ore and freight trains on the night of October 3 to 4, rail traffic resumed on October 6, announced the Transgabonais operating company (Setrag).

In its press release published today, Setrag informs that “passenger train traffic will resume on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, in accordance with usual schedules”. To this end, customers of “trains 733 and 111, direction Owendo-Franceville, can take train 311 on Wednesday October 7, 2020”. Customers of “trains 132 and 212, direction Franceville-Owendo, will take train 412 on Thursday, October 8, 2020”.

Setrag reminds travelers on “trains 733 of October 4, 111 and 132 of October 5 and 212 of October 6 that travel postponements are free and that refunds continue for customers who wish to cancel their trips.”
