Fernand Gaboumba Moukengue appointed National delegate of the Congo the École supérieure de la Banque de France

A graduate of Leeds Metropolitan University in London, the Congolese Fernand Gaboumba Moukengue will represent the prestigious École supérieure de la Banque (ESBanque) with banking institutions, suppliers, the central bank, the association of banking professionals, the International Organization of the Francophonie, certain ministries.

Appointed on January 15, the current CEO of LCB Capital, a subsidiary of LCB Bank, will use his long experience in the banking sector to promote the continuing education of Congolese bankers and professionalism in the banking professions in Congo. Fernand Gaboumba Moukengue promised to be an intermediary between ESBanque and its clients (banks, learners, stakeholders) and to raise their expectations.

During his mandate, the national delegate ensures the Human Resources function vis-à-vis stakeholders. It recruits local workers, supervisors, service providers and learners through individual applications. Likewise, it supports banks in organizing the entrance test for the Banking Management Training, as well as for the entry tests on the various training courses for the entire banking profession.

Apart from these aforementioned missions, the promoted will have the educational role of planning the courses and the constitution of working groups, as well as the management of logistics. It is also he who will ensure the follow-up of continuing education, in particular the control of the good progress of the courses, the exchanges between the speakers, the treatment of the complaints of the learners, the development of the regular ones on the sensitivity of the market, , the evolution of the activity and the commercial meetings.

It should be remembered that for the past seventy years, ESBanque has been providing training courses for banking professionals in France and in twenty-five countries abroad, including the Republic of the Congo. It supports companies in the banking, insurance and finance sectors in the training and certification of their employees, at every stage of their career.
