DHL Cameroon gets new boss

Véronique Ebenye Epangué has been appointed to the post of National Director for DHL Cameroon, we learned in an official press release from the group, after recent renovations at the logistics company DHL Global Forwarding in Central Africa.

The appointment of this Cameroonian is like a real success story. Indeed, in addition to being one of the three women to manage African subsidiaries of DHL Global, with her Zimbabwean sisters, Shuvai Mugadza, and Burkinabé, Gisele Bambara, Véronique Ebenye Epangué joined the group in 1999, as intern at DHL Express.

She will then move up several levels of customer service and sales. On the strength of her career, the new promoted will join DHL Global Forwarding as sales manager during 2009. In 2016, Véronique Epangué was appointed to the position of Director of Sales and Customer service.

“With her vast experience in customer service, she is eager to strengthen the team’s orientation towards the customer, by focusing on training programs that will allow her to acquire the skills and the knowledge to provide excellent quality of service, “we hope at DHL Global Forwarding.
