The National Agency for Digital Infrastructures and Frequencies ANINF is making a major step thanks to the solutions provided by digital, towards the modernization of public administration. It has just developed the E-Balance platform, intended to facilitate the daily life of public officials.
The National Agency for Digital Infrastructure and Frequencies has announced on May 19 that it has developed a platform called E-Balance, which will be made available to public officials for their needs. “In order to assist the State in its process of dematerializing administrative acts, we have developed the E-Balance platform which consists in facilitating the daily life of public officials” assures ANINF.
According to the Agency, the latter have direct online access to their blank ballots, their pay, information relating to their administrative career, their family benefits, etc. “The generalization of this tool, already functional in our services, to the entire administration is awaiting the authorization of the competent authorities”, indicated this secular arm of the State in the implementation of “Gabon digital”.
The generalization of this tool to the whole of the administration will allow, according to ANINF, a significant reduction in the use of paper for the printing of administrative acts, a considerable reduction in the costs of making available administrative acts ( consumables), to facilitate access to information (elimination of queues at the counters) and to support the sustainable development policy (environmental impact). With this platform, it is the dematerialization of administrative procedures that is underway, another milestone in the vast project of modernization of public services.
