Thank you all for joining us tonight as we gather to celebrate an important milestone in our diplomatic journey. I stand before you today as the newly accredited Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Chad to the United States of America, and it is an absolute honor to address each and every one of you.
First and foremost, I would like to express my profound gratitude to His Excellency President Mahamat Deby Itno for entrusting me with this significant responsibility.
