On October 19, 2024, CCA Bank inaugurated its new headquarters in Douala in the presence of influential personalities such as Louis Paul Motaze, Minister of Finance, and Samuel Eto’o Fils, President of the Cameroon Football Federation. This event marks a key milestone for this financial institution that has become a major player in Cameroon, with 54 branches across the country and a strong commitment to the inclusion of women in its leadership ranks.

This weekend was not at all restful for Cameroonian Minister of Finance Louis Paul Motaze, and for good reason. In the company of his colleagues from Labor and Social Security, Small and Medium Enterprises, Filippo Scammacca Del Murgo, Italian Ambassador to Cameroon, Chad and the Central African Republic, Samuel Dieudonné Ivaha Diboua, Governor of the Littoral Region and Samuel Etoo , President of the Cameroon Football Federation (Fécafoot), proceeded on October 19, 2024, to the inauguration of the impressive new headquarters of the Cca (Crédit communautaire d’Afrique) Bank, located on rue Joss in Bonanjo – Douala.
The presence of administrative, military, judicial, political, religious and traditional authorities, business leaders, dedicated employees, distinguished clients and others at this very popular ceremony was also noted.
According to Mr. Albert Nkemla, Chairman of the Board of Directors of this institution, ” this modern 15-storey building represents an important step for the bank, which is committed to improving its services for its local and international clients. This architectural gem constitutes a major investment for our financial institution which operates in Cameroon through 54 branches. In 2018, we obtained approval to become a bank with a capital of approximately 15 billion CFA francs. Since then, CCA Bank has been working tirelessly to become one of the market leaders .”
“ With a dynamic team of 700 employees, 65% of whom are women, we opened 43,679 accounts in 2023, which demonstrates our determination to serve our customers effectively. We are determined to build a promising future for our customers and our community, ” he adds.
